Custom Boards for Signatures

These are boards I create specifically with a signature area in mind and ship them to the person getting the signature done, keep in mind you will be responsible for the extra shipping from the person getting the signature back to me to put the glass top on and finish it to protect it and for the shipping form me to you. the shipping will be sent as an invoice when the board is completed and ready to be shipped to you. 

Signature & Shipping Liability Waiver

Customer acknowledges that this artwork is being shipped in an unfinished state solely for the purpose of obtaining an autograph, signature, inscription, or other marking from a third party. Once the artwork leaves the possession of Phone Case Stylist Tigra, the Customer assumes all responsibility and risk associated with transportation, handling, storage, signing events, and return shipment.

Phone Case Stylist Tigra shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, destruction, alteration, fading, smudging, defects, or disappearance of any autograph, signature, inscription, certificate of authenticity, or related item while the artwork is outside of Phone Case Stylist Tigra's possession, including during shipment to or from the Customer, a signing event, convention, private signing, authentication service, or any third party.

The Customer understands and agrees that the autograph or signature is obtained at the Customer's own risk. In the event the artwork, autograph, or related materials are lost, damaged, delayed, destroyed, or otherwise affected while outside the possession of Phone Case Stylist Tigra, no refund, replacement, reimbursement, or compensation shall be owed by Phone Case Stylist Tigra.

By placing an order and requesting this service, the Customer expressly releases and holds harmless Phone Case Stylist Tigra from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or liabilities arising from or related to the autograph acquisition process and any shipment occurring before the artwork is returned to Phone Case Stylist Tigra for completion.
